Ken is a graduate of Stony Brook University and St. John’s Law School, Since starting his predecessor firm in 1989, Ken has handled significant cases involving construction accidents, medical/hospital malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, falls from dangerous conditions and other serious injury cases.  

Mr. Ready is highly respected for his successful career in the courtroom where he has obtained dozens of million dollar verdicts and settlements including a  $19,990,253 million dollar verdict for a construction worker in New York County; a $6,500,000 settlement for a construction worker in New York County; a $6,000,000 settlement for a premature infant; settlement in Nassau County  back injury case one week into trial; a $4,000,000 settlement two weeks into trial Queens County closed head injury case; ; a $2,250,000 settlement of a closed head injury case in Suffolk County after two weeks on trial; a $3,600,000 settlement in a pediatric malpractice case; a $2,125,000 settlement in Nassau County after obtaining a liability verdict in a motor vehicle collision where our client had a stop sign; numerous other multiple million dollar verdicts; and settlements. Many of these verdicts and settlement were produced on cases tried for other attorneys who had been unable to secure a settlement without Mr. Ready’s involvement.

Over the years, Mr. Ready has served as a lecturer on trial tactics for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, St. John’s University School of Law, the Nassau County Bar Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and served as the Chair of the Plaintiff’s Round Table for the Nassau County Bar Association.

Brian, a graduate of Hofstra University and Touro College

In addition to handling personal injury matters, Brian represents individuals and corporations damaged by false business reviews 

and statements on the internet, whether it is by slander or libel. 

Brian believes that every case is a partnership with the client and 

he takes pride in ensuring that clients are fully informed throughout 

the process to provide an unparalleled level of individual attention 

to each matter. 

Brian has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers since 2010. He authors Department Updates for the Academy, providing other attorneys with the latest personal injury case law in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, Westchester, and Long Island. From 2015 through 2022, Brian was the Chair of the Academy’s Technology Committee, publishing multiple articles during that tenure and moderating CLE presentations on the topic. Since 2023, Brian has been the Chair of the Academy’s Sponsorship Committee.  Brian is also a member of American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association.

In 2016 Brian was elected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.  Since that time, Brian has appeared annually on the list of Super Lawyers for his high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The award Brian is most proud of however is the Champion for Children Award for 2016/2017 he received from the Crime Victims Center, Parents for Megan’s Law for work he performed on behalf of the organization.
